- KPIs reporting available. Definition of new ones based on internal company KPIs is also possible for various methods of efficiency monitoring especially if testing service is outsourced.
- The flow of the tasks are controlled via a process management system. A pre-defined process is available as per the “normal” GSMA flow, but this can be adjusted as per each company internal needs/systems/partners
- The process management system is defining also the exact flows of tasks, so they cannot be executed in a not allowed order.
- Automated generation of tasks upon completing of previous is possible
- Levels of approvals during the process could be configured, so tasks are checked when marked as complete
- The documents needed during the tests are predefined in the tool and are available pre filled in to the users for ease and speed of working (work orders, CLLs, TCCs, etc)
