Our audit tools give you a wide variety of features

We have developed a suite of tools with an intuitive interface to ensure a transparent and quick audit of your roaming configuration. If you factor in the amount of roaming partners with the core nodes, each with their set of parameters, then you get a lot of data to work with, which is why we know this interface is of value to the audit process. The key to a successful audit is the ability to easily collaborate.

Network Elements

As a first step in the audit process, we need to maintain a list of nodes involved. Each network element is defined in the tool, which then keeps track of the print-outs for that specific node. This is an important check in order to make sure we don't leave out a node during the auditing.

Having all the nodes registered also makes it easy for collaboration. Facilitates asking questions or making comments on specific nodes or configurations in those nodes.

Once we have the first set of print-outs, we can generate what we believe the configuration profile is supposed be. This initial template also serves as a good indication of the state of the configuration is like. We then, together, update this template with what the true roaming profile is supposed to look like, based on the actual active roaming agreements.

These templates are vendor-specific and one template is generated per vendor and configuration type (i.e. IMSI, GT).

Audit Results

The results of the audit work is displayed in an intuitive interface for easy collaboration. The results are displayed per vendor and configuration type. The results are categorised in the following way: Missing, Erroneous, Wrong and Cosmetic (optional). This interface makes it easy to ask a question or make a comment for a specific analysis in a specific node. Engineers can use the check-off box to keep track of where they are as they work their way through the results.

The way the results are displayed are vendor-specific and will change as you switch between the various vendors.

We believe the collaboration features of the tool are the key to a successful audit. We are working with a lot of data, which leads to a lot of questions and the more transparent these questions are, the faster things get resolved.

The ability to ask a question pertaining to a specific analysis in a specific node makes it fast and easy to get things done.

The reports we generate at the end serve as a certification that the network is now 100% in accordance with what is defined the IR21 documents of your roaming partners. These reports can be shared with upper management to show that you are getting all you can out of your roaming business.

The reports will summarize all the work done and all the nodes and analysis involved in the audit.
